All products returned to Importparts.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Importparts.com. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement:

1. Invoice Number
2. Product Description

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
2. Include your packing slip from the original order.
3. You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
5. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1. No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electrical products, and clearance/closeout items.

2. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

3. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

4. All refused items will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item. 

5. All turbo kits are special order items and can not be cancelled.

6. All other cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 6% of the total purchase.
