What is the delivery time frame of my order?
Delivery time will depend on the shipment method you select.
Delivery time frame for GROUND shipment according to geographical location:
East Coast - 5 to 7 Days
Midwest - 3 to 5 days
West Coast - 1 to 2 days

What is the shipping rate?
Shipment rates vary depending on the weight, size, delivery location, and shipping method.
How can I track my package?
Click here to track your package. Tracking number is required.
Can I pickup my order at the store?
In-store pickup is available. Once the order has been place on our online catalog, we will prepare the order for local pickup. For your protection, only you or an authorized user of the credit card used to make the purchase may pick up your merchandise. To ensure convenience, you must bring the credit card used for the purchase and a valid photo ID. You will be contacted once your order is available for pickup. You can also check "My Account" for order status.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship all over the world. At the moment, our site does not support international orders. You will need to contact one of our sales representatives to place your order. For international order inquiries, please email world@importparts.com.
What's the status of my order?
The status of your order can be view on "My Account" section of our site.
What happened to my order; it never arrived?
We always provide our customers with tracking numbers. The tracking number can be obtained by going to "My Account" section of our site. Please verify that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays a Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
How come I don't have everything I ordered?
From time to time, we may ship your order on multiple shipments as to not delay your order. We will inform you if you'll be receiving multiple shipments.
When will my backorder item(s) arrive?
Backordered items are items that our suppliers do not have in stock and/or the manufacturer does not currently have the item in stock. Backordered items are shipped immediately when we receive them. We make all attempts to have all backordered items shipped on a timely manner.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, wire transfer, and money order/cashier's check.
When will my order be fulfilled?
Orders are generally processed within the same business day or the next business day.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 8.25% only applies to resident of California, USA or shipping to a California address.

Can I ship my order to another address other than the billing address?
For your protection, we can only ship to the billing address or a secondary address of the credit card (if used). However, we can ship to another address if we receive payment via money order/cashier's check, cash, or wire transfer.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits generally take 7-10 business days depending the financial institution.
When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. This ensures your order is fulfilled on a timely manner.

How do I place an order?
1. Register
It is recommended that you register with Importparts.com before ordering. Once you've done
so, you won't need to re-enter any billing or shipping information. For questions about
privacy and security, click here.

There are three steps to placing an
order.
Find the product
you want.
Click the
"Add to Cart" button located on any product page, right above the pricing
information. This will take you to the shopping cart page. From there, you can continue
shopping or check out with the products you've selected to purchase.
Once you've added the
appropriate item(s) to your shopping cart (basket), click "Check Out" to
complete the transaction.
How do I navigate the site?
There are several ways to navigate our site. The most common way is to use the category menu on the left side of the site. You can view all categories by clicking on the "Browse All Categories" above the category menu. Another way is to shop by brand using the drop-down box on the top of our site. If you know exactly what you're looking for, you may use our search feature to find your item.
How do I use a coupon?
You can enter your coupon code during the Payment portion (step 2) of the Check Out process.
