Full-Race is proud to offer our STI/WRX 1.5 scroll header/up-pipe for Stage 2 Subaru's - the earliest spooling, fastest response and most hp/tq of any stock location header. The 1.5 scroll system consists of our twinscroll lower manifold (the same one used on our legendary twinscroll turbo kits) and stock location 1.5scroll up-pipe. Designed to optimize performance for a stock EJ engine and stock location Singlescroll turbo, this up pipe uses a twin-tube configuration which locates the final 2->1 merge collector as close to the turbine as possible. The 1.5 scroll combines Twinscroll performance characteristics with the convenience, easy installation and OE appearance of the stock singlescroll turbo. Any stock or upgraded stock style turbocharger and aftermarket downpipe will fit - allowing you to retain all current mods. Compatible for RHD and LHD chassis.

With the availability of stock location bolt-on turbos from ATP, Blouch and many others GT30R and GT35Rpowerbands upgrading to a high performing stock location GT turbo is easier than ever. Driving a reliable, high horsepower Full-Race equipped WRX/STI, at an affordable price is now a reality! Utilizing ideal cylinder pairing and the proper implementation of twinscroll technology, huge increases at the low end, midrange and top end can be realized, all while minimizing spool time and improving throttle response. Full-Race 1.5 scroll up-pipe:

  • True Twinscroll design up until the point of turbo inlet.
  • 1.5 Scroll design offers significant gains over a tradiational header/up-pipe.
  • Up-Pipe shown with optional 2000degree coating.
  • The OEM Subaru triple layer steel gasket is strongly recommended. There are other less expensive options available, but this is the best because it has a built-in crush ring and is steel so it will not deteriorate. The Subaru part number for the exhaust gaskets is PN # 14038 AA 000. Torque properly to factory specifications.
